We are using CT Assessment status API. We are getting the Form Type, Status, Entity Type and Return Code in the form of codes, we would like to see the corresponding Description for each of these codes.

Below are codes returned by API.

Form Type - 300,320, 990

Form Status- 1,6,10,16,17
